Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision for qualified counsellors.

Supervision process

Supervision is a working alliance between two professionals whereby the supervisee will give examples of their client work, in order to reflect on it and receive feedback and guidance, if appropriate.

My model of supervision is person-centred, reflective, restorative, informative and creative.

I aim to provide reflective and creative supervision and an explorative space in order to facilitate learning, enable reflective practice, encourage professional development and ensure good practice management.

During sessions many supervisory methods may be used such as talking, discussing application of theory, creative work and role-play.

Supervision frequency

Minimum 1hour fortnightly for 1-4 clients per week

1.5 hours every 4 weeks for 5 clients or more per week.

I offer an initial 50 minute assessment session in which we can decide if we wish to work together.
