About Me

I am a qualified, full time and experienced counsellor and I am passionate about psychological and emotional wellbeing. I practice in both Braintree and Colchester with availability throughout the week and including evenings and weekends. The focus of my work is to provide a space where you can feel safe enough to talk about any issues or concerns, whether past or present, that may be impacting on your everyday life. In exploring parts of your life and relationships that you are not happy with, which may be causing stress, anxiety, or keeping you stuck, counselling, can enable you to move towards positive change and growth.

Having a number of years experience working with individuals in the wellness industry I have undertaken counselling training, achieving a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling Studies, a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and Certificates in Clinical Supervision and Couples Counselling. I am also registered and accredited with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical framework for good practice in psychotherapy and counselling professions. Since qualifying I have gained experience working with clients in private practice, through GP Referrals and also for charitable organisations with a wide range of issues:
